Wrist Pain in the Front Squat Rack Position
Trying to incorporate front squats but my wrist extension is abysmal. Feels like my tendons are going to snap.

Use lifting straps looped around the bar. You hold the straps instead of the bar itself. Relieves 100% of the wrist strain.

It might actually be your lat tightness. If your lats are tight, your elbows can't get high, forcing wrists to overcompensate.

Crossed-arm bodybuilder style is another alternative. Doesn't require any wrist extension whatsoever.

Stretch your triceps and lats rigorously prior to racking. Tri-set stretching creates massive elbow vertical clearance.

Yes, choke up tight on them and drive your elbows skyward. The bar still sits securely on your anterior delts.

While using straps, still work on the mobility. Release the subscapularis with a lacrosse ball.

Agreed, don't use straps as a permanent crutch unless structural restrictions exist from old breaks.

Three fingers on the bar instead of a full closed fist can also create immediate slack.
